How do I place an order?+
  1. Add the item(s) to Cart: Select your product(s) and the appropriate quantities, then fill out your contact information.
  2. Payment: Our sales representative will follow up with you through the preferred contact method entered in step 1. Interac e-transfer instructions will be provided.
  3. Processing: Orders are processed same-day or next day if placed before 1:00 p.m. EST.
  4. Shipping: Standard shipping will be via Canada Post Xpresspost or Flat Rate Box. Some rural area restrictions may apply. Shipping is free for full unit orders; any orders below that will require a shipping fee of $30. UPS/Purolator can be requested at an extra charge. There is no shipping on weekends or statutory holidays.
  5. Tracking: You’ll receive tracking information via your preferred contact method once your item has shipped.
How will my order arrive? Do I have to sign for it?+

All orders will be shipped vacuum-sealed and smell-proof.

There will be no external branding or indication of contents on the shipping box itself.

Standard shipping will not require a signature.

If a signature is required, please let our sales representative know during the order confirmation stage. Additional fees may apply.

What if I entered the wrong address?+

Before shipping, the address can be amended at any time.

Once the item leaves our facility, we unfortunately cannot edit the address anymore.

My order didn’t arrive. What should I do?+

Please reach out to our sales representative at your earliest convenience.

We will try to find the exact reason behind the issue.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for stolen packages, incorrect shipping addresses, refused deliveries, or returned packages.

Do you accept any other payment methods?+

Interac e-transfer is the preferred payment method because it is secure and fast.

If needed, we do accept cash by mail, but this will delay your package because we cannot ship any packages until the cash is received.

Please coordinate with our sales representative if you would like to use a payment method other than Interac e-transfer.

What if I placed an order and the item is out of stock?+

If an item becomes out of stock after your order, our sales representative will clearly communicate this during the order confirmation stage before payment.

You will then have the option to adjust the quantity or substitute the item with another available alternative.

Can I mix and match?+

Yes — you can mix and match with a minimum order of QP of each strain.

Mix & match pricing will be adjusted at the order confirmation stage with our sales representative prior to payment.

Can I order bulk?+

Wholesale or bulk inquiries: please contact our sales representative directly to place bulk orders.
